We are seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our exceptional team at Franklin Dental Care. Our ideal candidate is a dedicated professional who is passionate about providing outstanding patient care and possesses the ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform dental hygiene procedures, including dental prophylaxis, scaling, and root planning.
  • Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays).
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, plaque control, and postoperative instructions.
  • Conduct initial dental assessments and communicate findings to the dentists.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and charts.
  • Ensure compliance with infection-control protocols and office procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Tennessee.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and openness to learning and growth.

Qualifications:
  • Current dental hygienist license and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
  • CPR Certification
Preferred Experience
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
  • Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
  • Clinical needs as required by office
