In this role, you will be responsible to provide troubleshooting and basic technical support services to end users of computers and systems. During our Harvest season from July - October, this role will be expected to work 6 days a week and must be flexible for overtime and/or working an alternate shift.

This position will be primarily responsible for:

  • Diagnose computer errors and troubleshoot software, hardware, and networking issues.
  • Assign and manage help desk tickets.
  • Install and configure software and operating systems, and perform maintenance to ensure up to date.
  • Ensuring hardware is performing efficiently and repairs are completed.
  • Respond to ticket and/or support requests with a sense of urgency.
  • Technical support to remedy end user issues and respond to help desk tickets and end user requests in a timely manner.
  • Training in computer setup and with new technologies.
  • Prioritize requests, escalate as needed, and see through to resolution.
  • Proactively manage end user issues.
  • Document and maintain inventory of hardware.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Associate’s in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
  • At least four years practical experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Familiar with Oracle database.
Physical Requirements:

Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling; and frequent fine finger dexterity. Generally, the job requires the following percentages of time committed to physical activity: 50% or more sitting, 25% or more walking, and 25% or more standing. The job is performed under some temperature variations and in an office and plant environment. Unrestricted visual and audio abilities are required for the safety of all employees. The ability to lift up to 45 lbs. is required.
