Location: Westminster, CO Pay: $20-23/hr, depending on experience 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM - overtime available Job Description: Are you detail-oriented and skilled in small parts assembly? Whether you have soldering experience or are eager to learn, we want to hear from you Responsibilities: Follow written instructions and blueprints to assemble electronic components. Perform visual inspection. Maintain and meet production requirements. Ensure accuracy and product quality by following procedures, policies, and drawings. Collaborate with the production team to resolve issues during the production process. Qualifications: Must have 1+ years of experience in assembly in a production environment. Soldering experience is a plus, but not required. Strong manual dexterity is essential. Ability to follow written instructions accurately. Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral). Must be computer literate (i.e., Windows, Excel, and Word). Must be willing to jump around job duties - including assembly, machine operation and packaging. Job is always changing based on customer orders and needs. Basic computer skills needed.
