• Number of Beds -Hospital Client 230-280, varies. Inpatient Rehab unit-20 beds
• Number of Staff - 12 fulltime-mix of OTs and COTAs, 8 PRNs
• Type of staff:
o Mix of OTRs and COTAs
• Patient Ratios - 7-8 per therapist acute, 4-5 on rehab
• Type of equipment - Various Acute and rehab standard equipment
• EMR - Meditech
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• Exp in acute and inpatient rehab
•
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• NICU, ICU
•
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
• Evaluations and treatments
•
Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
• Scrub Color - Navy blue
