We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Home Health Registered Nurse to provide one-on-one care in the home setting. This role offers autonomy and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young patients and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Medication administration per physician orders
  • Physician ordered treatments for nutrition, tracheostomy care, suctioning, ventilation care, and seizure assessment

Requirements

  • Current, active RN or LPN license
  • Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
  • G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
  • TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
  • Alzheimer's training
