About the Role:
Connect America is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Project Manager and Data Analytics Specialist to join our supply chain team. This role will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, efficiency, and identifying opportunities for cost savings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, fostering cross-departmental collaboration, and delivering measurable ROI. Experience in the PERS industry is not required, but a strong background in operations, project management, and analytics is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Management:
    • Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects that deliver operational efficiencies and cost savings.
    • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation and ROI achievement.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication across departments.
  2. Data Analytics and Insights:
    • Analyze supply chain data to uncover inefficiencies, identify opportunities for process improvements, and drive decision-making.
    • Present actionable insights and recommendations to executive leadership to support cost-saving initiatives.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and project outcomes.
  3. Operational Strategy:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate and optimize processes, including vendor management and supply chain operations.
    • Identify and implement tools or strategies to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
    • Work closely with the finance team to quantify savings and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  4. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
    • Partner with departments including procurement, finance, and customer success to drive seamless project execution.
    • Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing to ensure adoption of new processes and tools.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in project management, customer success, or operational roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable cost savings and process improvements.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation using tools like Excel, Microsoft Dynamics, and Salesforce.
  • Experience working with SaaS, IaaS, and API-driven tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and relationship management skills.
