Work Shift: Night
The Clinical Nurse II - Vascular Surgery is responsible for assessing, coordinating, planning, and managing the needs of assigned patients throughout their care. This includes implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments, and collaborating with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients. The role requires providing primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries, in addition to ensuring patient care is delivered with competence and compassion.
Salary Range: $34.65 - $35.69
- Implements physician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and special tests
- Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests
- Assesses and evaluates patient needs and responses to care
- Provides primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses
- Collaborates with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients
