ICU Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

Job Duties:

  • Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements, and documents nursing care
  • Assists physicians during examinations and procedures
  • Performs various patient tests and administers medications
  • Promotes patients' independence through goal setting and patient education
  • Relies on experience and judgment to perform a variety of tasks

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited RN program, Bachelor preferred
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Texas, or license with a compact state required upon hire
  • Approved Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required within 90 days of hire
  • Cardiac and Tele experience preferred
