Job Summary
Support the bureau/department by maintaining system-level configuration and providing effective assistance to both internal and external users. Responsible for high level of responsiveness and the ability to prioritize end-user needs in alignment with the best interests of the bureau/department. Will collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders to implement necessary account-level modifications, including adjustments to data fields, reports, dashboards, and templates. Responsible for managing system access and controls, engaging with senior staff to troubleshoot issues, and training junior staff members.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree or higher and
  • Two (2) years of project administration, IT project planning, or directly related experience or
  • An equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledgeable experience working with Smartsheet is preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS
  • Ability to interpret defined policies and procedures and apply independent judgement to grant exceptions or develop alternative solutions to standard challenges.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and entry-level management to support and organize initiatives or projects.
  • Skill in planning and developing methods and procedures that are often straightforward and may be moderately complex, for the ongoing administration of an assigned area of responsibility.
  • Skill in using MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Ability to quickly learn new essential software through training.
  • Ability to work under pressure while effectively utilizing budgeted funds, personnel, equipment, materials, facilities, and time.
  • Skill in maintaining effective working relationships with peers, the public, subordinates, and supervisors as well as in project coordination, organization, and work planning.
Physical Requirements:
Sedentary Work involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
