This is an exciting registered nurse (RN) role, allowing you to both practice independently, as well as collaborate with a team of knowledgeable and like-minded providers.

*Job Perks:*

? Telehealth first care, and in-person home visits when needed by the registered nurse (RN)
? Provide patients with convenient and accessible care
? Spend as much time with patients as you deem necessary
? Provide care independently, while working with a collaborative team on tough cases

? Normal hours (weekday/day shifts)

*Responsibilities Overview:*
? Provide primary and urgent care services virtually (via messaging and videochats) and in-person (in patient's home or at their place of work)
? The registered nurse (RN) will ensure patient information, visit history, refer outs, lab follow-up, phone calls, and consults are properly documented in an EHR
? Proficiency with blood draws (or willing to learn)
? A current, valid driver's license and good driving record is required
? Physical requirements may include the ability to lift-up to 30 lbs
? A registered nurse (RN) who has a love and drive for helping people get healthy and happy

*Full-time/part-time positions available*
*Clinic hours are 8am-7pm weekdays*

*Qualifications*
*Licensure:.RN licensure per the MN Board of Nursing. Maintain current BLS, and ACLS or PALS certification.
*Experience*: 1+ year of family practice, urgent care, pediatrics or dermatology. Interest in holistic care and improving the Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) is a plus
*Education*: Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing Program.
