Use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to encourage positive behaviors and reduce problematic behaviors. Record data on client progress and behavior in real-time during sessions. Data Collection and Reporting: Collect accurate and detailed data on client behaviors, progress, and challenges. Maintain thorough and organized records. Communicate findings and observations to supervising BCBAs. Client Interaction: Work directly with clients in various settings, including home, school, or clinical environments. Develop a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families. Assist clients with daily living skills, social skills, and communication. Training and Professional Development: Attend training sessions and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in ABA. Participate in regular supervision meetings with BCBAs to review cases and receive feedback. Adherence to Ethical Guidelines: Follow the ethical guidelines and standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries.
