The Opportunity
- Up to $100k sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
- Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Internal Medicine and Family Practice physicians for Hospitalist opportunity.
- Day shifts only; no nights.
- Procedures preferred but not required.
- Current CA state license is a plus.
- Visa Candidates are encouraged to apply.

- Adventist Health Delano is a full-service community and regional teaching hospital.
- 156-bed medical center serves 10 rural Central California cities and has always been committed to providing an exceptional patient experience.
- Hospital services including an Intensive Care Unit, a Sub-Acute Care Unit, a Medical Surgical Unit, a Surgical Pavilion, and an Obstetrics/Gynecology Unit.
