Details and requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: Various Dates. Monday, Thursday, and Friday 8:00a-5:00p. Tuesday and Wednesday 7:00a-4:00p.
- Job Setting: Outpatient
- Types of Cases: Primary Care, Acute Care, Health and Wellness, Ages 6and Older
- Credentialing Timeframe: 14 Days
- Must have an active Texasstate license
- Must be Board Certified
