The full-stack Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for leading a team in Mobile experience, design, development, implementation, and support of custom development technology.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

· Lead, guide, and inspire a team of engineers, driving them through the architecture, demand delivery, code reviews, release management, and more.

· Take the helm in mentoring junior engineers and contributing to continuous process improvement within the team.

· Apply your expertise across the entire software development lifecycle.

· Test and evaluate the technical aspects of each decision, and review and assess code quality to ensure it meets the highest standards.

· Provide swift and innovative solutions to technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of our technology.

· Develop server-side code for high-volume web-based applications that will drive our business forward.

· Craft and refine web user interfaces, keeping the end-user experience at the forefront.

· Implement analytics and monitoring routines and conduct analytics and A/B testing to continually improve our technology.

* A tech school or bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is preferred.
* 5-10 years of related experience, including hands-on script development. A combination of education and experience will be considered.

· 5-10 years of experience with and good knowledge of C, C++, C#, Java, security, and database technology

· Experience with .NET MVC and web-based development (HTML, CSS/LESS/SASS, JS)

· Experience with ASP.NET MVC, jQuery, React.js, Angular.js, Web API, Restful Services, MS SQL Server

· Experience with performance analysis and optimization

· Experience with UX with additional respect to Accessibility (ADA) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices

· Strong database skills – SQL Server, Oracle, with strong SQL Server stored procedure skills

· Working experiences on SQL server reporting services

· Expertise with full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD)

· Expertise with mobile first design methodology, web standards and UI/UX best practices

· Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies

· Experience in application design using design principles, patterns and best practices

· Adequate knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and GitHub

· Working knowledge of wireframing and image processing tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud apps
