Requirements: Family Nurse Practitioner with minimum 2 years of experience Location: Chapel Hill, NC Explore and experience how Avance Care is providing professional and personal life balance: Maximum of 40 hours per week (including breaks and administrative time) Expected average patient load of 2 visits per hour Collaborative environment with onsite lab, behavioral health therapists, and nutritionists Innovative, integrated use of telehealth Centralized care coordination, care management, and population health management Competitive benefits package including health, dental, and 401K We seek providers who commit themselves to practice mindful medicine and treat patients like people rather than numbers.
