In this unique role, you will be crucial in supporting a caseload of around 30 students with varying needs. All school holidays are paid breaks for full-time AnthroMed staff We provide Individualized 1:1 support from our Social Worker Clinical Director You will receive access to a Speech-Language Pathologist resource bank- thousands of resources free for you to use Quarterly stipend for educational materials 100% reimbursement for IDFPR, and ISBE Licensure dues Job Responsibilities: Provide targeted support to identified students. Implement crisis intervention strategies to ensure student well-being and success. Advocate for students’ holistic welfare (social, emotional, academic). Cross-functional collaboration with teachers and families to understand how to best meet student needs. Provide mostly push-in services as needed Facilitate IEP meetings Develop and track interventions to understand IEP effectiveness. Additional duties as assigned.
