Schedule: Full time, rotating shift with a majority of the shifts being day shift, 7a-7p, with a rotating weekends and holidays

ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of
the healthcare organization.
- Implement and monitor patient care plan. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as
appropriate. - Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing or current home state
license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job
transfer date required. - Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross preferred.
- Certification specializing in The S.T.A.B.L.E Program preferred.
- Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American Academy of
Pediatrics (AAP) preferred.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of
hire.
1+ years of L & D experience
