Locum Cardiovascular Surgeon *118182: Western, Washington

  • Must have an active state license
  • Does the Provider need to prescribe? Yes
  • Is there a state specific CSR that will be needed? No
  • Certifications required: BC/BE, & ACLS
  • Background Experience: Vein harvesting experience required - Experience/certification for assisting Davinci Robotic Cardiac and Thoracic surgeries a plus.
  • Credentialing: 10 weeks
  • Start Date: June 3, 2024
  • Dates: June 3 - January 5 2025
  • LOA (# of days worked): ongoing
  • Work Schedule: Scheduled Clinic Hours and Call
  • Call Schedule: will be on the call rotation and will take calls from the nurse's floor. Beeper utilized for on-call.
  • Outpatient and Inpatient
  • Patients per shift 10-15
  • Staffing Mix: RNs, APPs, & Office Staff
  • EMR: Epic
  • Specialty: Nurse Practitioner - Cardiovascular Surgery, Physician Assistant - Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic Surgery
  • Providers need hospital/surgery privileges: Yes
  • Admissions Required: No
  • Are temporary privileges available: No
  • Provider Required To Supervise APP's: No
  • Is Resident or Teaching Supervision Required: No
