HR Data Analyst

Are you skilled at analyzing data and solving complex problems? Join our team as an HR Data Analyst and play a key role in shaping our recruitment, rewards, and retention strategies. You'll collaborate with various teams to interpret HR data, provide insights to management, and ensure data integrity. If you have a degree in HR or Business Analytics and at least 2 years of relevant experience, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

  • Examine and interpret HR data to support workforce planning, recruitment, and turnover.
  • Deliver insights to management and stakeholders through effective communication.
  • Collaborate with workforce forecasting teams to incorporate productivity targets into the broader workforce plan.
  • Review HR system transactions and recommend adjustments to audit procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Analytics, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience as an Analyst or in Human Resources.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
