- Medical Plan: We would put our medical plan up against anybody in our area. We offer employee-only and family plans. - Dental Plan: The plan covers preventative care at 100%, basic procedures at 80% and major procedures at 75%. The single plan currently costs $32 a month and the family plan $50 a month.
- Paid Time Off â€" PTO: We believe our PTO benefit is beyond generous Our plan includes 19 days in the first year and only goes up from there. Also, we allow staff members to cash in up to 40 PTO hours in past years around the end of the year just in time to provide a boost for Holiday shopping
- Tuition Reimbursement: We currently offer individuals up to $2000 annually for tuition reimbursement.
- Life Insurance: FREE life insurance in the amount of two yearâ€'s salary.
- Short& Long Term Disability: FREE disability insurance

In order to ensure the person hired for this position will be successful we are requiring the following:
- RN or LPN licensure in good standing in the State of Kentucky
- 2+ years of long-term care management experience preferred
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Computer proficiency and electronic documentation experience a must
- Familiarity with culture change and/or person-centered care would be a plus
- Excellent ability to foster a team-oriented work environment.
- The flexibility to be available on all shifts
- Outstanding clinical and the ability to teach those skills to others
- Support of the facility's vision, mission, and values
