Your sales and customer service skills are essential Looking ahead, you plan and track budget forecasting models. This coupled with your leadership skills and ability to build relationships with employees and customers alike, ensures your success as a Store Manager at Jiffy Lube QUALIFICATIONS FOR A STORE MANAGER At least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Relevant sales and customer service experience Previous leadership experience a plus Are you self-motivated with excellent sales skills? Do you have the ability to effectively resolve complex customer and employee issues in a timely manner? Do you present yourself professionally?
