Beltone is actively seeking a dynamic professional to join our esteemed team, focusing on the pivotal role of developing and training our Hearing Care Practitioners. This exciting opportunity will be under the guidance of our Director of Audiology and Professional Development, MA CCC-A, who boasts over 25 years of valuable experience in the field.

We are searching for a strong candidate to play a key role in training initiatives across the regions of Maine, New Hampshire, and Northern Massachusetts. Join us in making a meaningful impact in the realm of hearing care and professional development.

Description:

  • Plans, organizes, and effectively conducts training for new or existing practitioners.
  • Coach on product selection, fitting suggestions, sales process, troubleshooting, etc.
  • Guide new practitioners through their initial in office experience.
  • Use Learning Management Systems to develop and support learning goals of individual practitioners.
  • Provide in person and/or remote virtual support for patient interactions.
  • Work with state-of-the-art equipment

Compensation:
  • $65k base
Requirements
  • Must be a licensed Audiologist in the state of Maine.
  • 3 years fitting experience.
  • Training experience is a plus for this position.
  • Traveling to each location is a must.
