Data Integration Clerk Job Description We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Entry-Level Data Integration Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the integration, consolidation, and organization of data from various sources into our central database system. This role is crucial to ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data across the organization, supporting our decision-making processes and operational efficiency. Specific activities may change from time to time. • Gather data from various internal and external sources, and accurately enter it into the company's database systems • Verify the accuracy and completeness of data received, ensuring it meets the required standards • Assist in the integration of data from multiple sources, ensuring seamless consolidation and compatibility within the database • Conduct regular checks and audits to maintain data integrity and identify any discrepancies • Help maintain and update databases, ensuring information is current and easily accessible • Prepare and update documentation related to data integration processes and standards • Work closely with other team members and departments to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet those needs • Provide support in troubleshooting data-related issues and assist with the implementation of new data integration tools and systems • Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: • Basic understanding of database systems and data integration tools/data entry experience • Minimum of High School Diploma or GED completed • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookup, etc) • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm About Aston Carter: Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
