Beneficial Skills (But Not Required): Previous experience with Call Center Software projects, integrations, or initiatives is a plus Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of Agile and SCRUM Methodology. Experience with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD). Understanding of version control systems, notably Git. Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate). Experience with Product Management and/or Health & Human Services Projects. Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Knowledge of North52 and Delphix.
