Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon

The Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Sciences at The University of Maryland Baltimore is in search of a dynamic Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon dedicated to assessing and surgically treating benign gynecologic conditions. We are looking for a candidate who is highly motivated, possesses strong leadership and communication skills, and demonstrates excellence in clinical care. The ideal candidate should also have a proven academic track record, engaging in scholarly activities, and a commitment to mentoring colleagues and trainees. Expected rank for this position will be Assistant Professor or higher, however, final rank and tenure status will be commensurate with selected candidate's experience. * Qualified candidates must have a terminal degree (MD or DO) * Possessunrestricted license to practice medicine in Maryland * Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology * AAGL approved fellowship training in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery (MIGS) is preferred * We are interested in candidates with Robotic certification and an interest in supplementing our MIGS robotic surgical program UMSOM offers competitive compensation and comprehensive suite of benefits including 403b retirement, health, dental, vision, life, malpractice, paid vacation, CME leave and allowance, relocation assistance, and more.
