Certified Nursing Assistants: Full-Time/Part-Time Available

Job Summary:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Care Runners Home Care Services, Inc., you will provide essential healthcare services to our clients in a remote-based setting. You will play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their overall well-being and independence. This is a full-time or part-time position with flexible hours available.

Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive hourly wage of $14 to $16 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition, our CNAs are eligible for benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and a retirement savings plan.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living according to individualized care plans
- Monitor and document changes in clients' physical, emotional, and mental health
- Administer medications in accordance with provider orders
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Help clients with mobility and transferring as needed
- Monitor vital signs and report any abnormalities to the appropriate medical personnel
- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and medical professionals
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
- Follow all HIPAA and company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Current and valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in home care
- Basic computer skills and ability to work remotely
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
