Laborer (3rd Shift)

WE HAVE NEW STARTING WAGES
We are seeking a full-time 3rd shift Laborer to join our tie treating plant in Bangor, WI. The starting pay for the position will be $21.00/hour.
POSITION OVERVIEW: Assists with manufacturing activities by performing the following duties.
Schedule Details: 3rd Shift Monday - Friday (10pm-6am)
Sign-On Bonus $2,500.00
Principal Responsibilities:
- Applies endplates by hand or machine
- Operates banding equipment
- Assist in loading and unloading of materials.
- Assist in loading and unloading charges
- Assist in storage by setting stickers and dunnage
- Tag materials with proper product tags.
- Cut dunnage.
- Assist in cleaning work areas, painting and maintaining property, plant and equipment.
- Participates and contributes to company safety program.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience: Experience with preventive maintenance and hand tools preferred.
- License/Certification:
- Good eye/hand coordination.
- Good paperwork skills.
- Keeps an organized work area.
- Able to diagnose and trouble shoot potential issues.
