Requirements:

5+ years of operations or project management experience with partners within Program/Product/Engineering/Sales/Ops organizations

Experience working in an end to end, cross functional environment with engineering, design, product, sales, ops, and project management counterparts to deliver products/services

Maintain and revise project schedules and milestones; act as liaison between teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and teams are united around common goals

Facilitate meetings and be capable of ensuring action items are clear and followed through, regardless of stakeholder seniority

Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure smooth execution of project deliverables

Demonstrate high levels of attention to detail and organizational skills; strong problem-solving mindset and ability to achieve results with a sense of urgency

Ability to take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances and thrive in an evolving work environment, with little or no supervision

Clear and concise communication, documentation and presentations to your program manager and leads, and timely escalations of potential risks

Ability to work collectively with teams composed of both technical and non-technical members

Prioritize competing priorities without loss of efficiency or visibility

Engage with multiple partners at various level in the organization and work with them all equally, proactively and transparently

Willingness to be hands-on and do whatever is vital

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent

Knowledge of Agile development practices; prior experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma analytical techniques.

  • Do you know every stage of the PLC (Project Life Cycle) and if so, do you have experience working in each stage?
  • This job requires someone with experience managing multiple projects. Do you have experience managing multiple projects at once?
  • This job requires speaking to stakeholders of all levels (Managers, Directors, VP's and C-Suites). Do you have experience speaking and presenting to stakeholders in your previous project manager roles? You must show that you aren't afraid/timid to communicate effectively even if it's telling them something they do not want to hear.
  • Did job requires completing project tasks rather than delegating and assigning tasks to other people. Are you okay with doing project tasks yourself?
  • Do you know the difference between an incident and a risk in project management?
