  • Have a Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field. 
  • Exhibit knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and human resources information systems.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and maintain reliable transportation that is insured in accordance with Pennsylvania requirements.
  • Have working knowledge of Human Resource systems; Internet software; spreadsheet software, and word processing software.
