Now that you have your CDL Class A license no one will hire you because you have no experience.

We will. We presently have 14 CDL trainee positions. Business is picking up and we have trucks sitting empty.

The interview process is simple. We will call you and do a short phone interview. If we feel you will be approved we will help you put in the first part of the application. Then we send you the second part via email.

Once approved for hire you will go out with a trainer for 30 days OTR training all over the country. You will not get home during training.

This position will pay you a salary of $800 per week for your first 30 days only. After successful completion you will be hired on a permanent basis.

Once you have completed training drivers are bringing in huge pay checks ranging from $1100~$1500 per week on average to start.

At this time we have 14 positions for entry level Class A Regional and OTR drivers. Regional drivers get home weekly and sometimes during their work week. OTR drivers stay out 10-14 days normally.

Once approved, you will be scheduled for our 3 day orientation. Once successfully completed, you will go out with a trainer for 4 weeks for OTR training.

During training drivers will stay out for 30 days straight not coming home during that time.

In training our goal is to turn you into a confidant safe successful driver. Upon successful completion you then get moved into your own company truck and a big pay raise. Running dedicated, regional and OTR runs ect.

The run you chose will depend on what runs are open when you complete training. If you want a position that is currently filled all you have to do is talk to your driver manager and he will switch you over ASAP.

Why would you work for us? We don’t keep you in training for extended periods of time. We allow you to move up quickly making big pay checks. We offer several divisions. Van, Reefer or Flatbed.

We also offer up to $5,000 for tuition reimbursement for your Academy training if you paid out of pocket. We offer a $1,000 per week guarantee for your first 6 months after training. Most likely you won’t need it but it’s nice to know if you are available 5 days a week that is the least you’d make with us.

We also offer a $1500 sign on bonus to trainees. In addition we have one of the best benefit packages in the industry. We let you pick and choose your own benefits to build a personal benefit package for you and your family. We also offer an excellent 401k saving program.

You get home more often if you’d like. We offer several different home times. We use excellent maintained trucks that won't have you broken down on the side of the road.

To qualify as a Class A Driver at entry level you must

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Have a fairly clean MVR, no suspensions in the last year. No recent at fault accidents.
  • Be able to pass a thorough background check easily.
  • Be able to pass all DOT related tests including urine or hair test
  • Have a acquired a current Class A CDL and DOT physical
