Compensation and Schedule:
- Pay: $19-$23/hour
- Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Your Role:
As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary focus will be ensuring customers receive the assistance they need. Your data entry skills will be utilized as you provide quality service via phone, email, and other channels.
- Answer customer service calls promptly to meet Key Performance Indicators.
- Process, verify, and manage customer orders accurately using internal systems.
- Address customer requests for new or altered orders, ensuring seamless communication with relevant departments.
- Proofread and confirm order details prior to final submission.
- Collaborate with scheduling and production teams to fulfill customer expectations.
- Manage and refer complaints about products or service issues for investigation.
- Follow up with customers regarding their concerns within 2 hours.
- Create and send price quotations based on customer inquiries.
- Work closely with sales teams and other branches to resolve issues and enhance service offerings.
- Answer technical inquiries regarding products and services.
- Attend regular meetings to discuss customer service performance.
- Engage in continuous improvement and training initiatives to enhance service quality.
- Take on additional duties as assigned by management, including training new team members.
- Handle complex customer projects and manage back orders effectively.
- Ensure that warranties are appropriately assigned and distributed.
- Comply with accounts receivable processes to meet both internal and customer expectations.
- Be prepared to assist with processing of COD/CIA payments as needed.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree along with 0-2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or customer service is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service roles.
- Ability to effectively multi-task while remaining organized and efficient.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and conflict management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong listening and attention to detail, particularly in data collection.
- Capability to perform basic calculations and apply algebra and geometry concepts.
