Duties and Responsibilities: Perform laptop deployments Set up monitors Unbox and discard hardware materials Perform Intune / Autopilot pre provisioning (instructions will be provided) Perform hardware installation (laptop, desk phone, monitor) Assist with User onboarding Verify user files and applications are installed Assist with accessory configuration (mice, headsets, pens, etc.) Answer basic questions about applications like OneDrive Assist with removal of old hardware Document tasks and update manager Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years of IT experience supporting hardware deployments Strong customer service skills Full COVID-19 vaccination may be required.
