The salary range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 per hour. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package of medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, 401k with company match, employee purchase program (where licensed) and paid time off. If you are hired at Winebow, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer.

Essential Functions:
1. Establish and maintain a good working knowledge of all delivery routes and customers.
2. Dispatch delivery drivers to include providing routes/assignments each day.
3. Monitor delivery drivers throughout the day using MobileCast.
4. Handle calls from delivery drivers, accounts and sales personnel and try to resolve issues as
they arise.
5. Respond timely to phone calls from Drivers and Sales (and if applicable, 3PL customers).
6. Provide direction to delivery drivers on how to handle situations that arise while making
deliveries or taking back returns.
7. Works with customer service on missed deliveries and turn arounds.
8. Contact accounts to advise of late deliveries or inability to make deliveries in that day and follow
up with sales personnel.
9. Research and coordinates distribution of invoices to field and sales reps.
10. Tracks daily exceptions by entering them into the system and providing a daily report to
management.
11. Provides updates on driver statistics for start and end of day.
12. Responsible for assisting with safety programs, including investigation of accidents and injuries.
Help make recommendations to prevent future incidents.
13. Meets agreed upon goals and objectives effectively and in a timely manner.
14. Arrives to work, meetings, appointments and other work-related functions on time and as
scheduled.
15. Assists with administrative functions supporting the transportation department to include, but not
limited to daily, weekly and/or monthly reporting and DOT programs such as random drug
testing and MVR reports.
16. Ability to work overtime as needed.

Other Functions:
1. Act as a backup driver and/or router as necessary.
2. Follows all safety policies and procedures; communicate hazards and/or suggest improvements
to Manager
3. Other duties as assigned

Working Conditions:
Prolonged sitting while multi-tasking including answering calls and emails. When driving, ability to work
in severe weather conditions; both heat and cold.

Equipment/Machinery Used:
Pallet jack, forklift, cherry picker, reach truck, RF device, voice pick system, time clock, office
equipment (including computer/printer, fax, photocopier, calculator, and telephone).

Physical Requirements:
Visual acuity and manual dexterity. When driving, reaching, bending, and lifting and moving up to 50
lbs.

Minimum Requirements:
1. High School Diploma/GED
2. Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
3. Experience working with a route delivery system such as Roadnet and MobileCast
4. Excellent organizational and customer relations skills.
5. Ability to work with all levels of management within Winebow, as well as to provide excellent
customer service to our clients/customers.
6. Demonstrated effective communication skills.
7. Must be able to work extended daily hours as business volume requires.
8. Must be able to work all holiday hours as the posted schedule requires.
