Job Description:

- Provide high-quality care to patients in a 16-bed stepdown unit.
- Maintain a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:3-4 to ensure optimal care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
- Implement and evaluate patient care plans.
- Monitor patients' conditions, administer medications, and perform treatments.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress.
- Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for patients and family members.

The position seeks a dedicated RN with strong clinical skills and a passion for patient care in an intermediate care setting.
