You are passionate about delivering top-notch service and are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction at every interaction. If you have a proven track record of success in the help desk field and are a reliable and trusted resource for resolving IT issues, we encourage you to join our team. - Exhibiting patience and sincerity when dealing with user inquiries and issues.
- Communicating technical information clearly to non-technical clients while identifying the root issue and explaining its solution.
- Diagnosing identified issues and promptly resolving them with long-term solutions in place.
- Obtaining and maintaining Microsoft and third-party certifications appropriate for technologies used.
- Coordinating with other departments to streamline user onboarding/offboarding and job change processes.
- Using a variety of web browsers and email clients proficiently.
- Possess good organizational skills, maintain a team player mindset, and take initiative in your work.
- Primary resource anticipating, servicing, and resolving user technology needs.
- Securing and maintaining workstation hardware and software to optimize performance and minimize user downtime.
