IT Service AssociateDalio Family OfficeDalio Family Office Overview: The Dalio Family Office (DFO) supports Barbara and Ray Dalio and their family in their ventures and investments as well as their work through Dalio Philanthropies, including OceanX, Dalio Education, Endless Network, and the Beijing Dalio Foundation. The office is headquartered in Westport, CT with a satellite office in New York City.IT Pillar Overview: The DFO IT Pillar is a lean growing team tasked with supporting the overall mission of the DFO by providing our stakeholders with outstanding technology and services.Position Summary: The goals of this position are to provide the Dalio Family Office and its stakeholders with high quality, dependable IT services that meet or exceed business requirements. This includes ensuring that DFO business stakeholders receive excellent support, identifying trends and making suggestions for technical modifications to resolve existing and future problems and helping to identify and manage risks associated with IT operationsDay-to-day responsibilities would include a combination of the following:• Provide excellent day-to-day IT support services for the DFO. • Provide support and leverage to DFO Service delivery lead in executing their responsibilities, including service provider and stakeholder management • Resolve help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues • Partner with the IT Service Delivery Lead and Head of IT to roll out new or improved capabilities within the DFO IT pillar • White glove support for key stakeholders including some residential IT support Apply for this role if you are:• A strong communicator and have strong customer service skills with an ability to question and probe when necessary• Interested in personal and professional growth and learning about and operating in a unique culture• Able to wear multiple hats and work as part of a small team supporting a growing and dynamic organization• A self-starter comfortable working independently and drive towards learning and development opportunities• Security minded with a high sensitivity to data confidentiality and IT securityQualifications:• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other technical field• A demonstrated interest in technology• 1-2 Years relevant experience in IT support• Proficiency in Windows 10, Mac OS• Experience in ITIL or other IT frameworks a plus• Prior experience with cloud-based platforms such as O365, Azure, Okta, ZScaler is a plusCompensation:Compensation for the role includes a competitive salary, and an excellent package of health and other employee benefit
