Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough and accurate project estimates, integrating our core values and business objectives.
  • Identify potential issues and opportunities early in the process, proposing solutions to ensure comprehensive and quality estimates.
  • Work closely with project teams to deliver consistent project turnover packages and operational budgets.
  • Create detailed estimates, including materials, equipment, and labor requirements, based on project drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
  • Support project-specific sales strategies through value engineering options and involvement in pre-contract bid reviews.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with vendors and equipment suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms.
