- Successful completion of a proctored rhythm test

Must-Have:
- Relevant certifications (BLS, ACLS, NIHSS)
- Proficiency in cardiac and neuro stepdown care
- Ability to handle cardiac bedside monitoring, cardiac drips, TR bands, post heart catheterization care, stroke/neuro patients, and BIPAP overflows

Job Description:

- Work in a 36-bed cardiovascular unit focusing on cardiac and neuro stepdown patients.
- Care for patients aged 18 through late adulthood.
- Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6 under a variable staffing grid including RNs, LPNs, PCTs, and NIs.
- Assume full responsibility for patients on each team.
- Ensure exceptional patient care using core staffing plans.
- Apply expertise in cardiac bedside monitoring and manage cardiac drips and TR bands.
- Monitor and care for post heart catheterization and stroke/neuro patients.
- Address BIPAP overflow situations effectively.

This role is ideal for those dedicated to providing high-quality care in a dynamic setting. Candidates must hold the required certifications and demonstrate the ability to manage patient care in a fast-paced environment.
