As a Data Architect on our ground combat systems team, you'll use your extensive technical expertise to design data architecture solutions for Event -Driven Architectures, virtualization, big data analytics, cloud computing, You'll resolve routine data architecture-related issues in collaboration with business analysts and technology teams by working with project staff to make decisions and recommendations on future data architecture developments.

In this role, you'll grow your technical expertise, apply best practices and use tools like Siemens Teamcenter to design databases, develop data models, and ETL processes. You'll guide your team as it designs, defines, develops, and tests cloud solution components, and you'll serve as a liaison between clients and developers to ensure that requirements are met and solutions delivered.

You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience using Siemens Teamcenter for data management

  • Experience developing and implementing overall organization data strategy in line with business processes and objectives

  • Experience identifying data sources, both internal and external, and working out a plan for data management in line with the data strategy

  • Experience examining and identifying database structural necessities by evaluating operations, applications, and programming

  • Ability to advise higher level leadership on critical data management issues

  • Ability to consult with customers and key stakeholders to evaluate functional requirements for artificial intelligence and data applications

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience developing data models

  • Knowledge of service management concepts for networks and related standards

  • Knowledge of DoD AI Ethical Principles

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Management or IT

  • CDMP Certification

  • DoD IAT Level II Cyber Certification, including GSEC, ComTIA Security+, SCNP, or SSCP

  • Siemens Teamcenter or Teamcenter X Associate Certification

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
