Allowing Providers with an ACTIVE IMLC

  • Ped versus adult? Both
  • Is general head and neck required- Complex Head and Neck? Yes
  • Call schedule and is it trauma call? Yes
  • Pts per day? 14-16 office patients per day
  • Clinic hours? 8A-5P
