Flexible scheduling available Working with Early Intervention and/or Preschool children Position available near White Plains, NY (home, daycare, preschool, and/or community based) Fee for Service Compensation: $60-$69 / hour service Please note this is a range. Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations. Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management. Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs. Create and maintain schedules with assigned individual families/school personnel. Collects data on each IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly. Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
