This Data Scientist will be responsible for: Design and iterate on data models to solve problems in capacity management and resource utilization, including Machine Learning and iterative validation tools as necessary. Extract knowledge from the data gathered by various in house applications and synthesize it to discover previously hidden insights to address pressing business problems. Help evaluate data models to assess performance and integration to other environments. Participate in analytic projects to identify insights and metrics, and help in validation of the innovation. Interact with clinical champions to identify ways to use different internal data source in order to improve efficiency and patient outcomes. Work cross-functionally with operational leaders, other data scientists and analysts to ensure model delivery and utilization. In order to qualify, you must have: PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning or Data Science and 5 years relevant experience.
