Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Medical Doctor (M.D.) specializing in Internal Medicine to join our esteemed team, Internal Medicine in Redmond, Washington. As a Physician in our practice, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional medical care to our diverse patient population.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive medical care to adult patients, including preventive care, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic medical conditions.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review, physical examinations, and interpretation of diagnostic tests.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based medicine and best practices, with a focus on optimizing patient outcomes and quality of life.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members, including nurse practitioners, physician assistants, specialists, and allied health professionals, to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity across healthcare settings.
  • Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions, fostering active participation in their own healthcare journey.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters, medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes in electronic health records (EHR) systems, adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research activities to enhance patient care delivery, advance medical knowledge, and contribute to practice growth and development.
  • Stay abreast of advances in internal medicine, medical technology, and healthcare regulations through continuous professional development, including participation in conferences, seminars, and continuing medical education (CME) programs.


Qualifications:
  • Medical Doctor (M.D.) degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Valid medical license to practice in the state of Washington with no restrictions.
  • Active DEA license with no restrictions or investigations.
  • Clinical experience in internal medicine, preferably in an outpatient setting.
  • Strong clinical skills, including proficiency in medical diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Commitment to providing patient-centered care with empathy, compassion, and respect for diversity and cultural sensitivity.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
