3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS

(Sign-On Bonus to be paid as $500 each month for the first six months. Internal candidates must commit to at least 1 year in this position to be eligible.)

OPEN POSITIONS:

Local Egg Delivery Driver - 1st shift (Coldwater)
Feed Delivery - 2nd shift (Fort Recovery)
Regional Egg Delivery (Coldwater)

SHIFT HOURS:

(1st shift) Monday through Friday 6:00am-3:30pm
(2nd shift) Monday through Friday 3:00pm-2:00am
(Regional) Vary upon travel schedule. Most runs are within 750 miles of CEP. This position provides the ability to be home every weekend and once throughout the week

STARTING HOURLY RATE:

Local Egg Delivery - $22.90 with the potential of increasing to $23.40 after 90 days
Feed Delivery - $22.90 with the potential of increasing to $23.40 after 90 days
Regional - Paid on actual miles with rates up to $0.6325 per mile, $10.00 per drop, $10.00 per border crossing, Ability to earn over $100,000/yr

All training will be provided for the CDL driving position. Job functions include:

Delivering as scheduled
Properly disinfecting trucks and using proper biosecurity attire.
Completing a daily inspection of tractor/trailer and maintain cleanliness per DOT Commercial Driving Inspections.
Completing driver logs and inspection/maintenance reports.
Must be 21 years of age and have a Class A CDL
Must have 2 year's driving experience, along with a clean driving record
Ability to tolerate adverse weather conditions and dusty conditions
Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time and climb feed bin ladders
