Cooper-Booth Wholesale Company (CBW) has been in the wholesale distribution business since 1865 when Booth Tobacco Company was incorporated in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The company continued to grow with the acquisition of Cooper Tobacco and a number of other distributors over the years.

Compensation (paid weekly):

Starting around $75,000 in your first year. After your first year:

Class A: up to $120,000 annual

Class B: up to $85,000 annual

Sign-on bonus: $5,000/$6,000 for a Class B/A license at time of hire. Sign-on bonus to be paid over the course of employee's first year of employment based on attendance and safety criteria.

Requirements:
  • Valid Class A or B CDL License or CDL permit
  • Ability to handle the physical requirements of the position, which requires unloading (lifting and using handcart) 500-700 packages per day, with some packages weighing up to 50 lbs. each
  • Experienced physical labor is strongly preferred
  • Safe, professional, & courteous driver with good driving record
  • Strong customer service skills
Responsibilities:
  • Transport and make deliveries to convenience stores
  • Adhere to FMCSA and DOT policies and regulations
  • Unload trucks using handcart and food service ramp
