Job Summary

Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead all aspects of a group of QC Technicians.
- Ensure strict compliance with QC standards in asphalt production.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate project progress.
- Collaborate with project managers to determine project requirements.
- Successfully implement QC plans for various construction projects.
- Provide training and support to QC staff.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high-quality standards.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Quality Control or Construction Management preferred.
- Proven experience in construction quality control management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in QC software and tools.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Standing, walking, and moving around construction sites for extended periods.
