Description

This position provides quality inpatient and outpatient occupational therapy services to adult, geriatric, and select adolescent and pediatric patients by identifying patient needs and developing individualized occupational therapy treatment programs. Also provides appropriate services or consultation as part of a multidisciplinary team. Increases public awareness of health and safety issues by providing community and hospital staff education.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree - Occupational Therapy.

  • Washington Occupational Therapist License upon hire.

  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
