Job Summary:
  • Develop and implement nursing care plans adhering to higher acuity care and Centers of Excellence standards
  • Ensure quality medical care delivery to patients
  • Provide leadership and teaching for patients, families, and Unit staff members
  • Participate in shared decision making, Unit committee, and improvement activities
  • Ensure minimal supervision

Qualifications:

  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the State of Florida
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • All new RNs will be placed into an RN Residency Program
  • Intermediate computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows
