Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
Education/Experience/Knowledge Requirements:
• Accredited engineering degree with emphasis in mechanical, agricultural, automotive and/or electrical
disciplines.
• A minimum of 5 years work experience in afore mentioned engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years work experience with cross-functional team collaboration
• Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to drive projects to completion
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• General knowledge of basic Ag tractor &/or off road vehicle design and operation.
• Working knowledge of general computer applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Must have the ability to travel approximately 10%.
Ideal candidates will have:
• Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline.
• Proficient in MS Project or similar system
• Experience with Azure DevOps
• PMP or CPAM-PMI certification
• Industry knowledge in farming applications, agronomic practices and general farm mac

• Drive creation of team project plan utilizing scrum project management methodologies
• Facilitate reviews of project status with stakeholder team at regular intervals
• Remove roadblocks that are holding back scrum team progress
Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
• Responsible for coaching scrum teams who are using scrum methodologies to solve problems and implement
changes on CCH tractor production line.
• Hosts scrum team daily stand-up meetings
• Guide establishment of project plan with scrum team defining work to be completed in incremental stages called sprints.
• Coordinate activities to communicate implementation timing through project maturity to key stakeholders.
• Maintain strong partnership with Current Product Owner to drive completion of work prioritized on the CCH
tractor current product project backlog.
• Effectively communicates with all tractor system development groups to ensure project requirements
