What You Will Do In Your Role:

  • Apply the nursing process and critical thinking skills to deliver safe, effective nursing care independently.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communicate professionally, demonstrating confidence and active engagement in both unit and organizational activities.
  • Foster teamwork and adaptability while serving as a resource for the patient care team.
  • Assume accountability for quality nursing services and advocate for a positive nursing image.

What Qualifications You Will Need:

  • Graduate of an accredited diploma, associate, or baccalaureate degree nursing program.
  • Minimum of six (6) months clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse.
  • Active Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or a Multi-State Compact License (Texas RN License required within 90 days for compact license holders).
  • Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.
